Who We Are
Superb Cash Advance is a direct lender offering short-term loans, including payday loans and installment loans, in states across the U.S. Whether you apply online or at one of our locations, you can see a free loan estimate based on factors such as your income, ability to repay, and state law.

How We Decide
Approval is based mainly on whether you can afford to repay the loan from your paycheck or other regular income, rather than on your credit score alone. Borrowers with bad credit are welcome to apply and, if they pre-qualify, review a free loan estimate.
Our $500 Limit
We also choose to limit our cash advances to $500 in most states, even where state law allows a higher amount. We do this because borrowing a smaller amount can make repayment more manageable and generally keeps the total cost lower.
Apply Any Time Online
Our online application is available 24/7 and takes only a few minutes to complete, from your phone or computer.
What You Can Expect From Us
Free to Apply
It costs nothing to apply, and you are under no obligation to sign.
Soft Credit Check to Start
Seeing if you pre-qualify uses only a soft credit inquiry, so it does not affect your credit score. If you are approved, a hard credit inquiry may be completed before you sign. We let you know before this check is done.
Clear Terms Before You Sign
Your loan agreement shows the amount you borrow, every fee, the APR, the total you will repay, and your payment dates, as federal law requires. If any term is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
Your Information Is Protected
Your application is sent over a secure, encrypted connection. Our privacy policy explains how we use and protect your information.
You Decide
If you pre-qualify, there is no obligation and no rush. Take your time with your estimate and decide if a loan with us is right for you.
If You Cannot Repay on Time
Call us before the due date so we can talk through your options. If a payment is missed, your state page explains what happens next and the protections your state’s law gives you.

A Name You Can Trust
As a direct lender, Superb Cash Advance aims to make borrowing simple, with clear terms and fair treatment you can trust. And because we value transparency, you’ll always know exactly what you’re signing up for before you commit.
Each state sets its own rules for loan amounts, fees, and terms, and we follow the law in every state where we lend.
Our headquarters and mailing address is 2212 S Victory St #300, Houston, TX 77088, and you can reach us at (832) 345-9761 or through our contact page. To visit a location, find the one nearest you on our locations page.
Why We Limit Cash Advances To $500
Over years of lending, we have learned that the size of a loan is one of the biggest factors in whether a borrower can repay it on time. So we offer up to $500 on a cash advance, even where the law would let us lend more.
We made this choice on purpose, and it protects both you and us. A default hurts the borrower, who faces added collection costs. It also hurts us, because we lose the money we advanced and the time and cost of trying to collect it.
We would rather offer an amount you can comfortably repay than a larger one that turns a short-term loan into a long-term cycle of debt, and borrowing more than you need is one of the most common ways that happens.
That is the same reasoning behind state law. Many states cap how much a payday loan can be, and some go well below $500: California limits a payday loan to a $300 check, so you receive about $255 in cash.
Where a state’s cap is below $500, such as Wyoming, where the law allows $400 outstanding at one time, we offer only up to that state’s legal limit, never more. In Texas and Utah, state law sets no statewide dollar cap, so our $500 limit there is our own choice. If you need more and your state’s law allows it, a different licensed lender may be able to lend you more.
In Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia, where payday loans are not allowed, we offer installment loans instead, repaid in scheduled payments over a longer term, so the amounts there are different.
Keeping the amount small makes the loan easier to repay on time and lowers the chance of the repeat borrowing that leads to a cycle of debt.
