Apply Online or Visit a Store
Both routes reach the same lending team. The difference is mostly about how quickly you can hand over documents and how much you want to talk a decision through with someone.
Applying Online
- Open at any hour, from anywhere, and not limited to the states where we have stores.
- The form takes a few minutes and you get a decision quickly.
- Documents are uploaded rather than handed over, so anything unclear can add a round trip.
- Step-by-step detail is on our How It Works page.
Visiting a Store
- You can ask questions and have the paperwork explained before you sign anything.
- Bring your documents with you and they are checked on the spot.
- Useful if your income is not straightforward, such as cash tips, seasonal work or self-employment.
- Store hours and the street address are on each store page.
What to Bring to a Store
Requirements vary by state and by your situation, so treat this as a starting point rather than a complete list. If you are unsure, open the store page and check with that store before you travel.
- Photo ID: a current government-issued ID.
- Proof of income: recent pay stubs, or benefit or pension statements. Self-employed applicants are usually asked for bank statements instead.
- An active checking account: your account details, and a blank check if your bank gives you them.
- Proof of address: a recent utility bill or lease if your ID does not show your current address.
- A working phone number: used to confirm your application.
Find a Store by State
Each state has its own page covering how these loans work there, what they cost, and the protections that state gives borrowers. When a city has more than one store, the number of stores is shown next to the city name.
- Birmingham 2 stores
- Huntsville
- Mobile
- Aurora 2 stores
- Colorado Springs
- Denver 2 stores
- Fort Collins
- Lakewood
- Thornton
- Fort Wayne
- Indianapolis 2 stores
- Lafayette
- South Bend 2 stores
What If Your State Is Not Listed?
We have storefronts in the states shown on this page. Applying online is not limited to that list, so you can start an application from anywhere.
How much you can borrow depends on the rules of the state you live in, not on how close you are to one of our stores.
States we serve: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
